We assess the property against our selection criteria for Guaranteed Rent, including location, layout and permissions.

Where a property is suitable, we may put forward a proposed monthly rent and term for your consideration.

Agreement
If the terms work for both sides, a written agreement is signed setting out the arrangement in full.

Ongoing operation
We take on the guest operation for the agreed term. You receive an agreed monthly rent on the agreed schedule.

- No. Guaranteed Rent is offered on selected properties only. Every property is assessed before an offer is considered.
- No. An enquiry is a request for consideration. It does not create a tenancy, lease or management agreement, and it does not oblige us to make an offer.
- Individually. The proposed rent reflects the property's expected performance and operational profile, not a single national formula.
- Agreed on a case-by-case basis. Terms are set out in the written agreement rather than promised on this page.
